AcuTemp’s sophisticated testing equipment and experienced technicians will work with you to test and qualify your existing insulated packaging to ensure it meets all your needs. AcuTemp will also work with you to develop and validate new insulated containers and thermal management solutions.
Testing and qualification can be performed to various industry standards including ISTA or customer-defined profiles. AcuTemp also can provide testing in accordance with MIL-STD 810F for military requirements.

This certification demonstrates AcuTemp’s commitment to qualification testing and to providing thermal management solutions with superior hold time performance.
Advanced Qualification and Testing
AcuTemp can test and qualify insulated shipping containers to any protocol. With its multiple environmental test chambers, advanced data acquisition systems and sophisticated control and analysis software, AcuTemp can confirm internal payload temperatures under widely varying ambient conditions. In addition, portable data acquisition systems allow AcuTemp to validate the performance of insulated shippers under actual field conditions.
All equipment is calibrated on a regular basis using National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceable instruments.
