Incorporating phase change material (PCM) technology, AcuTemp PXC Coolant Packs may be used with insulated shipping boxes and containers to reliably maintain payload temperatures within specified ranges for extended periods of time. Combined with the AcuTemp PX1L Vaccine Carrying Case, or other AcuTemp shippers, AcuTemp PXC Coolant Packs allow for the safe and efficient cold chain distribution of vaccines, drugs and other bio-medical material to the point of use without the need for ice or power.
AcuTemp PXC Coolant Packs are reusable and convenient. Packs are easily conditioned in a conventional refrigerator or freezer, depending on the specific model used. (Conditioning directions differ for each model. Please read and follow directions carefully.)
